This ordinance shall take effect fifteen 15 days after publication.

Upon expiration of the initial terms, appointments shall be made by the Board of Selectmen for three 3 year terms. Thereafter, such appointments shall be made for terms of two years each. The Clerk of the Commission shall file a copy of the minutes of each meeting with the Clerk of the Town of Willington and an annual report with both the Clerk of the Town of Willington and with the Connecticut Historical Commission.
