Reduces by five per cent annually amount of local school purposes property taxes payable by senior citizens age 70 or older.

The Senior Citizen Advisory Board meets the 2nd Thursday of the month at 10 00 am. Provides for special session of Legislature to consider property tax reform. Establishes aid program for certain municipalities with State correctional facilities. Tax bills are mailed out once a year, during the summer.
