Hannah Tingley was born in 1894 in Clermont, Florida. He was previously married to Ann Keefe and has seven children, three step-children and seven grandchildren. He had also been County Treasurer and in April, 1873 was appointed to Board of County Commissioners. Raton City Hall, 201 West Palmetto Park Road, Boca Raton.

Tedder is also designated as a Certified Florida Collector. Includes criminal, civil, traffic and probate cases. He is a graduate of Florida Southern College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. Mary Stewart McLeod, born in 1901, was the only daughter of Mr. Seward served as Sheriff and Tax Collector in 1872 and 1873.
